I placed an order with this company on March 9th and according to my confirmation email they stated I would receive an email when the item shipped. I ordered a DVD/CD-RW SATA replacement part for my laptop.  I paid $29.94 total including shipping.  A good price for a hard to find item.  My credit card was charged immediately.  It has been 11 days and I have not received my confirmation of shipment email.  I contacted the company via email and called them.  No response and an answering machine took my message.  The recording just simply said "please leave a message", that's it, no company identifier.  I have seen other random reports on Yelp and Facebook regarding this company from disatisfied customers with the exact same issue.

First, let me say your response has taken 2 years?

Second, I am NOT a man, my name is Susanne, a female.  I called but never spoke with anyone.

Third, I received no refund for the part from you.

Fourth, my laptop was a Dell Inspiron Studio 1535 from 2008, not 2003, so, I'm not sure who you are referring to, but your information is incorrect.

I was happily refunded by my credit card company due to your fraudulent charge.  Case closed IMO.

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

This person ordered a part that we no longer had in stock. We do computer repair for Alienware laptops one of our tech probably used it for a repair job. Which was explained to this man. I also refunded his money immediately. He called us screaming and cussing for not having a part for a 14 year old computer. As a business owner I apologized but that was unacceptable, he wanted me to drop everything to find it I had already spent several hours looking for it. We no longer had it. It was for a laptop that was from 2003, so yes parts are going to be hard to find.
