I order Acaipure 11/24/2008 the free offer just pay shipping $4.95 when I didn't recieve it within the 10 day but they had already charged my account. So I called and cancelled the order 12/09/2008 they told me I would have to call and cancell Fit-Factor , so I did no problem there...
