Anna Linens Erik Hernandez-Supervisor I really feel that I was racially discrminated by Erik Hernandez. Exchanged an item with a receipt (paid with debit card); obatined another purchase; refund would have been $4.65. Erik stated he could not give a cash refund; only debit or gift card. Erik stated this store does not do that. I go to this store every two weeks. I was in this store two weeks ago; bought a shower curtain, did not like it, took it back and the Store Manager gave me a cash refund. Erik told me I could take my purchase back and come back at another time or when I have the debit card. Witnessed by three employees. He gave me the incorrect number to corporate office. I went back in the store to verify the number with the other employees. They were very helpful and apologetic; advised me of the correct number and and correct website. San Antonio Texas
I am a frequent shopper at Anna Lines due to a recently moving into my apartment. I will purchase the item; go home and decorate; if it does not fit the apartment I will take it back; exchange or get a refund if I am not satisfied with the selected item.
