barkoff bait & switch Internet
Barkoff internet order was doubled without authorizaion. Bank account charged double and product was never shipped. No real phone help. All perties who I talked to lied about delivery dates and refunds. Never did get the product or money back.

BarkOff web pagehad several choices with/out prices. I clicked on (2) as I was ordering 2 barkoffs for $16.xx Fairfield, New Jersey
I expected to be charged $10 plus shipping for two barkoff devices.
Instead they charged me 57.96.
I would like to cancel my order and have the 57.96 returned to my account.
