Creditors Interchange ,Bank Of America Collectors, Misrepresent themselves and violate the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Tells supervisors and co-workers that you took money and they are from an attorney's office. Buffalo New York
This company called my job no less that 4 times a day even after being told to stop and discussed my debt with a co-worker and asked for my boss and Human Resource Dept. Claims to be attorneys at times, wanting to serve papers. Nasty and unscroupulous.
