California DMV Failed to send registration renewal until late fees were due!! Sacramento California
I never received a registration renewal in the mail. I should have noticed it expired, but honestly, it's impossible to get anyone on the phone at the DMV in Sacramento. You have to take time out of the work day in order to talk to a person.
