Duquesne Light Company Unsympathetic, Unyielding, disloyalty to 20 year paying customers Ripoff Pittsburgh Pennsylvania
I am dissappointed in Gov. Rendell's decision to give the utilities supreme power to turn off someones utilities even though they have legitimate reason to believe that a customer will pay.
I ahve been a Duquesne light customer for over 20 years and they now do not have to listen...
