Grand Celebration Cruise Will not honor or refund my upgrade package Palm Beach Florida
I purchased a package for $837. Then i received a call to upgrade to all inclusive with other perks for an additional $353. This was in Sept of 2016. I extend my tim to 2 years to book. I went to book the other day for Aug, being that my email says to do it 60 days in advance.....
