Merlin Arthur sas cargo Merlin Arthur said she was shipping me 2 pomeranian puppies and I needed to pay air fare next day received a notice that I need to send 1200 dollars for insurance I don't even know if there are any brownsville, Texas
I was told that I would be receiving two pomeranian puppies and all I needed to do was ship them the 350 dollars for the airfare then was told I need to send an additional 1200 dollars for insurance I can not get in tuch with the air carrier or the person who was sending the puppies...
