ZipTitan ZipTitan advertises to send real estate leads *buyer and seller) to your for a specific zip code you specified when you signed up for the service. What we received in the first month was one lead which wasn't close to the subscribed zip code. The second month we've received ZERO leads. Horrible service and very poor customer support!!
