When making an online payment, the website www.mortgageaccountonline.com is impossible to find and when you do, it's not a secured website.
When making a payment by calling 866-851-4002, you are charged a just in time payment of $15.00.

Well Fargo Bank Dba America's Servicing Company Purchased property 5/19/05. Loan transferred to ASC 10/13/05. Rc'vd letter by ASC claiming no flood ins. and they forced placed escrow acct.
