Providian Financial, sending out Pay Pal credit cards randomly
I received a Pay Pal credit card without terms or anything. I assume that Pay Pal who I have an account with must have sent them my social security number, address etc. Very freaky.

PAYPAL $5 RIP OFF FOR YOUR PASSWORD
i have been fighting with pay pal back and forth for a week now and my funds are getting eaten alive by their instructions to get a new password. it doesn even ask my security questions it just charges me and i have to wait 3-5 days for my letter that i might get! its very frustrati...
