Ken Brezinski, ebay ripoff artist
I got a Sony MZ-R91 minidisc player from this SOB on an ebay auction which stated if not satisified he'll refund my money within a week. I was not satisifed with the minidisc player because the jog dial didn't work properly.
I sent the player back within the first week and had a delivery confirmation to make sure he got it. He keep saying that he sent out a check to me and that it must have got lost in the mail.
Then he said he'd cancel that check and send me another. All LIES!!!. I have yet to see my $200 refund. I even told him he could pay by pay pal to make it more conveinent for him. I threatened to file a lawsuit against him and he has not responded since. I want the world to know that Ken Brezinski is one of the biggest ripoffs on ebay and he needs to pay.
