adjustable beds direct my bed is not working for about 31/2 weeks im still waiting for a call back and repairman
I purchased a split Queen bed on October 23, 2015 everything was fine until now my bed is not working it won't go up or down the head and leg no power at all: the warranty company said they will someone out there : the warranty company still not here and no call back going on four...

Adjustable Beds Direct Michael website says you can cancel before shipment and they will refund all money. They wouldnt. Nationwide
Under Q&A on the website, the question is asked What if I cancel my order after I make a purchase? Do I still get my money back?...........................................if you order a product from our company and we do not have any of the above shipping, handling, charges, etc...
