Guardsman Purchased their Elite plan in May of 2012 which covers every kind of damage. A year after I filed a claim on multiple pieces of furniture. I jumped through every hoop they asked of me. I filled out all forms and provided them with original receipt. A customer service rep called about 2 weeks later and asked me numerous questions on each piece of furniture needing repair. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with her. After all this she informed me that I had to report all damage within 5 days. Grand Rapids Michigan
