I did not authorize this company to charge me anything! I thought I had to pay $1 for a free credit report. I am so angry that they enrolled me automatically in a club! I can't get ahold of anyone to get my money back I am so very upset!

I paid $1.00 to Credit Report/Experian on-line service. However, after I called and cancelled the service,(before the 10 day trial period). I was still charged $19.95. I want a refund.
