ILX Resorts - Premiere Vacation Club - Sedona Vacation Club - San Carlos NO HEAT IN ROOM PAPER THIN WALLS HAD TO PUT UP WITH NEXT DOOR QUESTS HAVING SEX ALL NIGHT THEIR HEADBOARD BANGING ON MY WALL COLD WATER POOL POOR FOOD - HAD BRUISES ON MY BACK FROM HARD BED Phoenix Arizona
Calling this a five star hotel would be pushing it. I was there for 2 full weeks and at no point did the hot tub work. Despite many people complaining there was not an attempt to fix it. also the heated pool was only heated every other day. The food there was expensive and not good....
