The tier service is a scam to get you to pay too much for oil changes and tire rotations then when you go some place else and have the work done or change the oil yourself it voids the warranty. I got scammed and paid too much for oil changes and tire rotations. My warranty was voided when I went elsewhere while on trip. The agreement never said anything about warranty being voided. Angry!!
