I bought a cell phone from MSN mobile and was promised full purchase price rebate and free bluetooth headset. After 5 inquiries and threatening legal action I finally got the headset.
Made more than 5 inquiries to msn mobile, and cellphonerebates.com to no avail about my rebate. ...
