National Gas and Electric Repeatedly call to lower electric bill by 30%. Houston Texas
I have gotten numerous calls from different local phone #s, all with the same exchange. Every time it's a recorded female voice claiming to be able to reduce my ComEd electric bill by 30% and press 1 to talk to a rep or press 2 to be removed from their list.

Foreign sounding man went through a long speal telling me about the lower rates I can get because I have paid my bill on time for the last 6 month.
Then he wanted me to talk to a verification person that I could not ask any questions of. It sounded like a scam to me so I hung up...
