Old Savannah Tours Refused to honor written confirmation, then after promising full refund, they never refunded my money. Ripoff and cheats! Savannah, Georgia
After receiving a written confirmation on my computer for a tour, I made full plans for dinner and other entertainment for myself and others. The next day they called to say sorry, they had messed up and overbooked the tour. I was livid because of all the plans made around this tour...
