Peaco Towing Inc. Debra Dula I had pull up into Henrico Plaza after 7pm and saw the tow truck. I parked near Anthony's Plaza which closes at 11pm. I was only gone for 10 mins tops when he towed my car. The police call me 2 hrs. l henrico, Virginia
