TBF Financial LLC Wells Fargo Company is suing my Church for a Breach of Lease on equipment that never worked an that was asked to be picked up when we were informed that the person who actually signed the lease agreement was never authorized Deerfield, Illinois
This collection agency is now trying to sue my Church for Breach of Contract that was signed by a person who was not in any position to authorize any purchasing for our Church who was not any type of Staff and just a in and out Church visitor and the contract was signed by him ...
