TTI Nat'l, provider of personal 800 numbers decides to suddenly charge a monthly fee of $9.95 per line starting in April 2012. They already DO NOT give credit for misdialed calls nor wrong numbers etc. When I tried to call them to cancel, over an hour on hold and then no cooperation...
