ZTEL Communications False Advertisment & Commitments deceptive Rip-off company Altmore Alabama
ZTel offered lower rates and better service. When I received my first billing on 2/6/03, my phone rate had tripled. I called ZTel to dispute bill and to let them know I was going to contact my prior carrier to resign with them. I was assured my services would not be disrupted.
