Alco Electronics - Alco Venturer Electronics- target -wal-mart - BUYER BEWARE-Alco electronics, RCA service in owners manual , DVR - VCR shipped to them for service 4/11/09. Lost unit. Shipped used, defective unit in an old box to replace mine. Unit not working. Called them told me unit defective by serial# and don't no how it shipped.
