Gloria Catalino, the breeder of Excell toy poodles in San Antonio Texas, have failed to give me a brown toy poodle puppy male that I originally saw on her web site: Excell toypoodles in late 2008.
I paid for this puppy with a bank wire transfer of 2000.- USA dollars to her account...
