Gloria Catalino, the breeder of Excell toy poodles in San Antonio Texas, have failed to give me a brown toy poodle puppy male that I originally saw on her web site: Excell toypoodles in late 2008.
I paid for this puppy with a bank wire transfer of 2000.- USA dollars to her account in dec 2008.
That brown toy poodle puppy male 5-6 mos later she claimed had only one t******e which I had paid and reserved. She claimes this fault 5-6 months later which I find very strange. She just tells me to wait until another puppy comes along, some other time whenever ...
Because I needed to find a male soon and that one I reserved went bad but also that I had already spent all my money on her failing puppy, I asked for and demanded my money back asap.
After a lot of demands I finally get only 500 US dollars back in spring of 2009 and her promise of return the rest of 1500 dollars soon.
She then begged me to be patient and be nice to her since of her health problems, poor economy and etc. and therefore couldn't return the rest of my money as well as she had already spent it on her own personal expenses..
So I did wait patiently for all this time (soon 4 yrs...) for several planned puppies she had during this time.
But over and over again, each time she claimed the puppy failed breeding and showing qualities, therefore I didn't get any..She claimed broken bones, undershoot, too big, too small, no proper AKC registration to be redone because of wrong sire etc.
She did not, or could not send me my money back she says which I continuously asked for and demanded back since she always failed to give me a puppy even though she kept promise me new ones few times now and which all have failed. My patience is now well over the edge. I want whats mine (1500. US dollars) and justice to be served. I have done nothing wrong only trusted and relied on a false person by giving her money for absolutely nothing!
Latest promise in nov. 2011 at Thanksgiving there was yeat another litter from her again and included a small black female she again promised me to have now finally instead of a boy, but still a year later that hasn't turned out positive either...
I cannot wait for another puppy male or female, nor do I want a puppy from this very unserious breeder since still now 4 yrs later she has failed all what she has promised me.
All I want and demand now is my 1500 dollars back from her which she still owes me.
This breeder fraud & lies to people & fellow serious breeder buyers from their hard earned cash and do not care at all!
