High Tech Pet Products - High Tech Pet Store Knowingly selling petdoors that do not work since 2004; NO cust. support as promised; Ventura California
3/10/08 purchased electric pet door via internet. Installed it upon arrival, it worked for 2-3 hours then continually opened and closed. Contacted Cust support and was told to loosen screws around the door, This always fixes this problem. No luck
