HOUSEHOLD FINANCE - ORCHARD BANK ripoff say they gave us a credit card we never received now they say we owe over $900! LAS VEGAS Nevada
Received a phone call today from a collection agency acting on behalf of Capital One who stated that they had purchased a delinquent account in my name. They stated that Household/Orchard Bank had sold them this account that had $980.00 past due and that I owed it to them.

Household Finance & Orchard Bank are fraudulent & dishonest consumer ripoffs w/ bogus billing & late fees. Las Vegas, Nevada
I opened an this account with Orchard Bank last October. I charged approximately $269. I made the payments as billed, and on the third statement, the payment jumped from $10 monthly to $60. I suddenly was overlimit, and was being charged $29 for overlimit and $29 for late payment...
