Airtalk Wireless Return Issue Houston, TX
They would not cover the shipping cost and the phone they sent to me at my home would not get a signal any where there. Tried in town, could'nt get service there either. When calling their toll free number it would drop the call most of the time.
I had to go on their website to get of hold of them. Hold times on avg are to 1 to 3 hours. I feel should get a refund for the shipping cost to ship it back to them.
