All Coast Moving Group LLC poor estimation Boca Raton FL
The company said my move would cost one price, but when the movers they contracted with showed up, the price almost doubled! They said I would lose my deposit if I did not proceed with the move. The bulk item fees were underestimated, and packing materials were not included. Also, the movers would not take some items on my inventory, and they wanted 70% of the balance due, not 50% as I was told.
I notified the customer rep that provided the estimate, and he apologized but did not offer to do anything. He said that his estimate had been reviewed. It felt like a bait-and-switch to me, and I fell for their deceptive advertising (in the form of a text), too. On the plus side, my stuff was delivered with only one item broken.
