Allianz Global Assistance Filed Claim 45 days ago nationwide
I have gone to several concerts this year and used this insurance on all through Ticketmaster. I was working in Louisiana when i purchased these tickets and with my job, Lineman for a power company, i knew i may not be able to go. Now after 45 days i find I have to provide documents from previous employer. You should not have to fight this hard for something you paid for.
I'll give them a little longer, hopefully they are just backed up.
