Alpha Termite Completely ruined the project TARZANA CA
If you guys want to screw people, then at least stay away from those llike us who have already dealt with over 30 termite companies like yours and the only reason we called you was because our termite guy got temporarily unavailable.
Was looking for supposedly a legit termite company and without having much time to do thorough research ended up hiring these guys to do repairs and termite work. If I spent a little more time, besides their reviews all over I should have notices several of then reviews hidden strategically by those companies who provide these reviews to exploit the cutomers and get more money from them. I mean there are lot more filtered reviwes than present and legit reviews , and negative reviews are hidden while they are the most valuable and legitimate. Anyway, we paid the price by not investing extra time to check, wasted out time and resources on those crooks who also put their fake reviews on their website. If there was a legit review company at least they would not filter the review which clearly informs that so called "Rich" and "Arman" are not even licensed to do the work, but emply someone by name of Chris who is not involved in any work as it clearly shows.
As their reviews clearly show they push for non-compliant termite work to incomplete work instead of fumigations since they do not have their fumigation crew but subcotract and hence don't make enough money. They push for non-compliant scammy "green works" astheir hidden revews show which do not solve the problem even remotely. There have been tons of companies which went out of business because of that, and this will be the next one. Ms. Chris who reckelessly puts her license under the heat of these guys should know that right after this report, me and my real estate broker are filing a complaint with California Pest Board.
We request all our money paid for idiotic "termite work" and outragous "repairs" to be returned ASAP or will also file a report wth the DOJ.
