Aluma Home Inspection Total scam. Repairs costing $6000 the inspector missed. Hollywood Florida
The inspector missed all of the important items. No electricity wires in the master bedroom, and hallway, resulting in the need of replacing the entire fuse box which was thousand of dollars. They charge $200 to tell me the obvious things.
Also, he missed very dirty, clogged AC, resulting in special cleaning of the AC unit and costing hundreds of dollars. Have I know the 2 things, I could have negotiated a better price or decline the offer.
