A husband/wife (both realtors altho husbands broker license is suspended) advertise they train new investors. I signed a realtor agrmnt w/ the wife to represent me w/ the wholesale co. I found out the wife created a fraudulent repair invoice to have their contractor send me as his own. I have proof of this. They also gave this to the lender so they would approve the loan. In truth the cost was double so I nor the lender would've ever approved. They never disclosed they also own the wholesale co. Of course there was never training given. The wife kept telling me to deal with things myself. I can't sell the property due to the contractors negligence (they removed the entire front of the house), and the city is after me to fix it.
