ATLANTIC COAST CONSULTANTS ACC Accepted a VA/HISA GRANT through me in AUG 2021! INSTALLED A-KNOWINGLY DEFECTIVE WALK IN SHOWER! OWNER KIPP called me on the phone to convey the shower will be replaced back in November 2021. lack of communication between the installer Brian Kipp Christina I was forced to look the company up online to find Charles who stated he was the principal owner and gave his word that the job would be completed however Charles who said he was upset about my project because I had to get in touch with the attorney general (which he only called me because he received the AG letter December 15 2021) however he renege on his promise to come here week of Xmas and instead sent a contradicting letter opposed to what he discussed with me over the phone but yet still did not meet with me the week of Christmas as promised in his text message to me!

Odel One of their installers text me on several occasions as I reached out to him his response was always he was waiting on them for the go ahead. ACC? sent a tub with hair company here to repair the tub will inform me that not only was it defective it was improperly installed. Along with that I had another company to come in and inspect it they too confirm the improper installation. I have not use the shower since installation October 2021.

The company is giving me the runaround I have since contacted the Attorney General Board Of Contractors and DPOR. They have forced my hand to have to hire an attorney. They were given $3400 by the to start the job and to be paid the balance upon completion. December 30 field manager Christina shows up at my door unexpectedly with a new contract which did not entail the initial agreement from August 20 21. Because I refuse to sign it the next day December 31 she sent me a text message stating that the material was in to replace my shower but because I refuse to sign the new contract they cannot perform the job. Just the day before December 30 she told me that they couldn’t guarantee when the shower would be replace because the shower would have to be ordered!

Enough of the confusion Attorney help necessary also because upon searching the web for the company I found rest in Virginia was your home office however when I asked each staff member here and Hampton Roads area I was ignored. Whenever the installers owner or any staff member will come to my home and say they were just leaving the office it would only take them 15 minutes with the rest of Virginia is hours away from here so there was no local address given no a contract or warranty information when I requested it.
