had A terrible time getting bagster to pick up. they have the option of rescheduling for 5 business days after you pick a day. however, they went 2 days over, which was now 9 days, and nobody will call back or pick up when i asked to be transferred to a supervisor. i was on hold for 109 minutes and took a screen shot to prove how long i waited. i was told on day 6 of them cancelling to call a third party junk removal company and found one that charged only $105, not $198 as bagster does. i called the bagster company back to cancel my original request and when they heard i had contacted a third party, they offered to call a third party that they ".often used". I agreed but then they billed my credit card $198.00 after all! avoid this lying company- i called every day and the excuses were "the guy is sick" or "the truck is already full" or "the truck broke down" or "the truck is in the repair shop and we dont know when it will be ready". They also said I would get an email every evening which i did not. and one every morning around 4 am if they were cancelling. again, i did not always get emails. They offered 20% back when I quesitoned my charge on american express, but that doesnt cover the fact taht the new tenant couldnt move in because bagsster blocked access to driveway and garage. and the HOA fee for violating the garbage on the front lawn rule. will need to file a dispute with credit card company.
