Benjamin & Benjamin, Inc Provide information about credit repair and loans. Several of the tactics were unethical and I avoided those. I don’t recommend using some of these tactics. El Segundo, California
I was was charged and sue including wire fraud. The tactic of changing a address to an incorrect address is illegal i learned. Also, it is illegal to have someone added to your bank account. The reason they recommend to use Santander bank is because they are lax on reporting but this is a crime and I was charged.
The guidenence provided does have some legit information about credit repair but is also mixed with some illegal practices. It is illegal to fasley change your drivers license address. They also teach to add a client to your bank account in order to collect commission. I was sued by a client and after consulting with a lawyer learned this is wire fraud. Be careful with this company. The money loss is minor compared to the legal issues you can face.
