May 9, 2019 I, Marshall Nisbett and Jason Howarth signed contracts with Mr. Bennett Davlin of 3210 Films Inc. Mr. Bennett Davlin informed us that he would begin filming the show as soon as we transferred the funds. May 14, 2019, I wired $50,000 to Bennet’s account a few weeks after Jason wired $50,000 to the same account. Our money was to be used strictly for filming and post-editing. Bennet would absorb the cost of his producer fees, and we would split the profits of the sale of the show 50/50. May 21, 2019, we had our first executive producer conference call to discuss the operation and what to expect over the next couple of months. He said we would have everything wrapped up in September and ready for the purchasing season, starting in October. Bennet said that the employees of Dave’s RV park had been wearing go-pro-type devices, which he had planned on using to get them acclimated to being filmed. He told us that he would be flying in a male and female employee of a local casino in the area to add to the cast. We were told that filming would begin after all of the the money was received and that it would take around six weeks to complete the first season and that he would try to squeeze another season in if he could. After the EP call on May 21, 2019, we did not hear from Bennett until an email update on August 9, 2020, stating that an "act of God” had occurred when hurricane Barry came through the gulf, and he could not continue filming. What we did not know at the time is that Mr. Davlin never had a contract with Dave, and he left on July 4th weekend before the hurricane, without informing Dave. Dave also told us that Bennett left a check that pretty much only covered the parts that Dave replaced on his RV, and he still owes Dave money. 11/24/2019 Bennett re-emphasizes the "act of god” from the hurricane and then goes on to tell us that while moving his production office "his rv that he lives in” a non-citizen illegally driving an oversized big rig in Colorado, took out the production office. We have asked him for the police report or accident report but he has failed to respond. 3 / 3 In all of the updates that he gives us he talks about this crew that he has to redeploy when in reality it’s just his wife and kids and assistant Brianna Trujillo in their personal rv. The guy is a great story teller and he continues to dig himself a hole. He has cut off all contact from us and claims that the number we have been trying to reach him at is a landline or production number that is no longer in use. I have personally been in contact via text and phone calls for the past three years with Bennett using this same number
