Mrs Erin Mac Manis, and Ember Van K. are attorneys at law for Carpenter Hazlewood, a debt collector firm and attorney firm composed of real estate lawyer and debts collectors that represent client like bethany crest co-operative corporation a non profit organization under an equal fair housing principles against racial, discrimination, and equality. However, it is none of that, BCC is a corporative that sale membership to occupy unit managed by abusive and incompetent board of directors that will not give you the peace of mind to co-own and occupy your own unit with them,

it is a back fraud and rip-off, incompetent thinker managed by incompetent board representative that would hire attorney at law and debt collector like carpenter Hazlewood to create lies on the charge of the co-owner then, you cannot sale your unit unless you accept and settle to pay the decision of the board to hire excessive and abusive attorneys fees for fraudulent accusation of creating noises inside the co-owning with them.

which doesn't make any sense because you bought your unit through a real estate agent and have the right of possession and peace of enjoyment an occupancy agreement. The property lease can be terminated anytime by the board of directors that are unfair, incompetent to provide a virtual meeting during the pandemic and doesn't care about the safety of the member and publish any notice of social distance or mask inside the community. It is an outrage organization that will be abusive for sick member in possession of covid 19, capable to hire real estate attorney to charge you attorney fees and debt collector after vacating the unit, terminating the property lease, surrendered the stock of certificate and key.

They will impair you to sale your unit with their unverified debt collection. Finally, I wrote a letter to their debt collector or the property management to verify their debt, to cease and desist under the fair debt collection amdendment and they are still keeping their illegal actions of sending me letters of settlement agreement from debt collector and attorney at law.

The board of directors at edgewater (Stella Gonzales, ralph Caswel, etc. ) and the property manager, Margaret Ortiz are a group of Conspiracy people that will rip the possession of your residential occupancy and quiet enjoyment and peace of mind to terminate your membership because they will overbearing you of lack of communication to get your money back. So, no peace of mind to get money back of your Investment. My advice don't waste your time thinking it is a good investment in a cooperative like the bethany crest edgewater and sisters. RUN AWAY and get a real home with title!

 I have been living there almost 5 years and complaint to the property management, Margaret to get rid of the theft of stolen cart and left behind personal items like pillow or towel at the bbq place, lounge sitting area for everyone can benefit of it, get rid of the box left residue of cigarettes by the lounge sitting area the entire year but because The theft of bethany crest cooperative #5 are the board of directors like mr ralph Cassel and Mrs Stella Gonzales, smokers, indoor outdoor zombie, obstructor of your stairs, hallway, theft of shopping cart, this community will not give you peace of mind either safety, clean areas and quiet enjoyment!! But lousy landscaper, overbearing, personal attack from neighbors, huge amount of legal actions, waste of time and misappropriate of attorneys, virus of covid 19 and a headache!!

The Bethany Crest is a cooperative housing community that has provided affordable housing for countless families and individuals.  The vast majority of our residents are lovely people who enjoy living in what we'd like to believe is an "oasis in the desert"...lots of shade trees, covered parking, well maintained buildings, swimming pools, laundry rooms, etc., etc. The community was built in 1963 and is comprised of 288 individually owned coop units. In the 50+ years since construction there have been over a thousand residents who have called The Bethany Crest their home.  Sadly, and thankfully very rarely, when an occupant is unable to follow basic rules of community living, they are asked to leave.  Even more sadly is when the management requires legal intervention because the right of peaceful enjoyment is being compromised.  

I find it to be a huge compliment to note that over a thousand residents have lived at The Bethany Crest and only a couple of very angry individuals have filed a "Rip Off" report.  Rip Off?  It couldn't be farther from the truth.  The Bethany Crest is well maintained, beautiful community that offers affordable housing to so many happy, friendly people.  Do we have rules?  Certainly.  The rules are part of what makes our community work so well!
