On the 24th of april 2023 I ordered a Gimbal from B&H Photo Video. It arrived the follwoing morning. When I went to charge it, the gimbal would not charge. It was powered off, but making ticking sounds. Similar to the sounds of a second hand on an analog clock. I tried both charging ports and left it plugged in over night. Woke up, still no charge. The Gimbal is dead. B&H sold me a piece of junk.
I contacted ther Customer Service Department. They have outright refused to immediately replace the defective gimbal. They have hung up on me. Parked my on hold for 30- 40 minutes. Their responses to e-mails about the issue are generic and demonstrate that their customer service staff failed basic reading comprehension. Nick K, continually replies to the e-mails without resolving the issue. Then closes with please respond if I can be of further assistance.
Seriously, I keep replying that B&H has not made the attempt to resolve the issue. I re-describe what the issue is. I then further clarify that I have stated what the said issue is in all previous correspondence and asked for a resolution. Nick K, should run for political office with all his circle responses that do everything but actually resolve the problem.
I demand that B&H immediately ship out a replacement gimbal or immediately refund my purchase. It is my hope this can be resolved amicably. Is that too much to ask for? I mean, it is not like I gave them my hard earned money expecting them to send me a working product. That would be insanity.
