Similar to other customer reviews online, I also had a bad experience with Big Top Shirt Shop.
If you are thinking of buying from them 'll save you some time... RUN the other way!
They messed up our order, blamed us for it rather than working with us to correct it, and then when we tried to make a new order they cancelled it telling us they did not want to do business with us anymore because we were upset with their (lack of) service.
Customer first attitude? I think not.
Going above and beyond for their customers? Nope.
They are always right and the customer is always wrong? You got it!
This company needs to take some classes on customer service. They have a great product and fair pricing, but their service is nonexistent.
