In February 2023, my business, Elite Enterprise Technology Inc., entered into a contract with Blitz Mobile Apps, believing we were hiring a reputable app development company to create our "Virtual Access" platform. The contract promised a complete app within 22 weeks. I am one of two Black female entrepreneurs who have worked tirelessly to build this business, and we approached Blitz Mobile Apps with good faith, trusting their claims of experience and professionalism. 

 

Despite our commitment and full payment of over $26,000 by June 2023, Blitz Mobile Apps failed to deliver a functional product and instead subjected us to 18 months of delays, empty promises, and ultimately, no usable app. Beyond this, they misrepresented their abilities, providing no clear communication or solutions. Instead, they left us with extensive financial losses, totaling over $51,000 due to wasted marketing, missed business opportunities, and additional consultations needed to compensate for Blitz’s negligence.

 

Key Individuals Involved:

Wilson Parker – Blitz’s manager, responsible for providing excuses instead of results. During a recorded Zoom meeting, he admitted fault on Blitz’s end yet failed to make any meaningful progress or fulfill promises to rectify the issues.

Jason “Jay” Brown – Another contact at Blitz Mobile Apps, involved in our communication and responsible for false assurances about their ability to complete the project on time and to our specifications.

Unethical and Potentially Fraudulent Requests:

Blitz Mobile Apps even went so far as to request that we commit bank fraud by filing a dispute to retrieve the funds, claiming their account was “frozen.” They then asked that we send the payment again through a different merchant account. This highly unethical and suspicious behavior only heightened our concerns that this company operates in bad faith.

 

Legal Actions and Complaints Filed:

We have taken substantial steps to hold Blitz Mobile Apps accountable. A formal complaint has been filed with the California Attorney General’s Office due to the contract’s jurisdiction in California. Additionally, we are pursuing a lawsuit to recover our losses and seek justice for the harm Blitz has caused to our business. Other companies have come forward, confirming similar experiences with Blitz, and have filed complaints with the Attorney General as well. This pattern suggests that Blitz Mobile Apps may be systematically deceiving clients, particularly targeting small businesses and underrepresented entrepreneurs.

 

Warnings to Potential Clients:

If you’re considering Blitz Mobile Apps for your project, be warned. This company has repeatedly demonstrated unethical practices, from missed deadlines to potential fraud. Their positive reviews appear misleading, likely fabricated to attract more clients to fall into their trap. I hope sharing my experience will prevent others from enduring the same financial and emotional distress caused by this company.

 

Blitz Mobile Apps preys on hardworking businesses by promising expertise they don’t possess. Protect yourself, your business, and your resources by avoiding this company entirely. I urge any other affected businesses to come forward, share your stories, and help prevent further harm. As of today 10/29/2024 we do not have a app or a refund on the money we spent.
