I purchased two what was sold as quilts but turned out to be very thin blankets that instead of being quilts they are badly screen printed fabric panels on very cheap quality fabric where the ink has spread and smeared the lines and the stiching is poor and crooked and even coming undone in several places. I contacted the company regarding my dissatisfaction immediately upon the receipt of the first blanket and was asked to send photos of me "unpacking" the item. How was I suppose to film myself opening the package when I did not know there was going to be a problem before I even opened the package? I sent multiple pictures of both quilts showing the issues and even filed a report with Paypal which is how I paid for one of the quilts and they continue to send me emails requesting the same photos over and over again. I have taken more photos of these two blankets than I have of my two children in the past 5 years. I just want to return these two blankets and get a refund because they were not inexpensive and they are complete trash.
