Tropic Floors Michael Blane stole my deposit Cape Coral Florida
I contacted Michael at Tropic Floors to address floor issues in my home. Mr. Blane (the owner), who was aggressive and appeared to be intoxicated while on the phone call, demanded that I pay him a down payment of $2,500.00 for the work scheduled for 3 weeks away. I was desperate, so I paid the deposit. I was hesitant to because he came across as inebriated, abusive, and even made racist remarks on the phone call. Three weeks came and went. He stole my $2,500.00, never heard from him again. I sent Michael Blane numerous emails and phone calls to request a refund once I realized he was not coming. Michael Blane of Tropic Floors is a fraud and a scammer. Please be aware of this dangerous man and this company. They have a reputation for collecting a deposit, and then ghosting once it is received. Unfortnatley I did my research after I lost my deposit. Michael Blane has been arrested for fraud and even worse he's a sex offender. Do not hire Michael Blane. He has an abusive manner about him, and is completely unhinged, and is a thief.
