And this was not the only time that Teresa Lee Lientz Gozzola Wallace Keys Gozzola Carrigan (she has been married at least 4 or 5 times that I know of) filed for a waiver of fees/indigency. Teresa Lee Lientz has been married many times and arrested numerous times in her hometown of Lakeland/Polk County, Hillsborough County where she once worked as a stripper, and under her maiden name of Lientz as well as her numerous married names and Alias’. AS CAREY aka Michael R. Carrigan, Jr. SO GRACIOUSLY MENTIONED ON HIS POST ABOUT HIS SISTER, Erin Carrigan, all this is available on manateeclerkofcourt.com, and what Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan, Jr, posted are knowingly lies. At least this post is the truth and can be easily verified by public records access. The wife of Michael R. Carrigan, Jr. Aka "Carey” was arrested 6 to 7 times in Lakeland/Polk County, for charges stemming from felony grand theft, for which Lientz pled guilty and was sentenced to 5 years probation, to writing worthless checks and possession of drugs. And that’s just Lakeland/Polk County. If you check the clerk of court in Hillsborough, you will find arrests for Teresa Lientz for felony possession of burglary tools, felony breaking and entering, and felony grand larceny. All these claims are easy substantiated by a search of the court records for the Hillsborough County Clerk of Court, under the name Teresa Lee Lientz, who was born on 6/12/66, so it is easy to verify that is was her. Lientz also reportedly worked as a stripper for the Gold Club in Tampa/Brandon area while living in Hillsborough County, which is likely why she had arrests in Hillsborough, she was living there. Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan likes to tell people that he got his gold digger white trash wife a pardon, but this is also bullshit, despite what he tries to show you. Teresa Lee Lientz can be looked up in the office that handles pardons in the State of Florida. This will show that Lientz received a "Level 3” without a pardon. The level three without a pardon restores some of Lientz’s civil rights, like holding a professional license, but Lientz cannot vote or own/have access to firearms. What Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan does not tell in his intentionally misleading libelous posts, is that the charges brought against his sister, Erin L. Carrigan, whom Michael R. Carrigan, Jr., states is a "mental case” all verifiable on manateeclerk.com. The document listed her shown that the charges that began on June 4, 2017, the false charges at Target, the stalking charge in 9/17, and another set-up at a local store while Erin Carrigan was being followed by cops were all dismissed. The only one making libelous claims is Carey aka Michael R., Carrigan, Jr. aka known as Moose Carrigan. All charges against his sister Erin Carrigan were dismissed, he intentionally doesn’t mention this, misleading people reading this and the employers of Erin Carrigan to believe these malicious charges against his sister, but doesn’t tell anyone the charges were dismissed What Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan, Jr. doesnt like people to know if that his wife has a terrible reputation, was married 3 times, the first times, in less that ten years, has filed bankruptcy multiple times, and has been sued by creditors under under her maiden name and married names, so many I am losing count. What Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan, Jr., aka Moose Carrigan does not tell people is that his wife’s parents and her only brother won’t even talk to Teresa Lee Lientz and the brother of Teresa Lee Lientz told her new boyfriends family, at her longest sons graduation, that Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan, Jr. was the only nice boyfriend that Teresa Lee Lientz has ever had, which is really saying something considering Teresa Lee Lientz’s first husband, and father of her two oldest children, the second of whom she gave up for adoption and just returned in recent years, that first husband, Charles A. Gozzola, a career criminal was arrest for stealing from a Goodwill drop last year. The family of "Carey” aka Michael R. Carrigan, Jr., also cannot stand Teresa Lee Lientz and believe Lientz to be like a cancer on their family. The late and only brother of Carey hated the woman his older brother dated and considered her to be garbage. And I don’t think anyone in the world hated Teresa Lee Lientz more that Carey’s late father who became enraged at the mere mention of Lientz’s named, stating that the piece of s**t (Lientz) was not his daughter and a piece of s**t as well as her adult children with criminal records. Carey need to understand that he cannot just post information about people, particularly when the Information is knowingly false. If anyone speaks pit against people like Carey, he needs to know that people have the right to defend themselves when false claims are made. All least everything I mentioned is true and can be verified, whereas Carey’s cannot be proven, because Carey is making stuff up.

The Florida Supreme Court found in the favor of Derek Logue, stating that Logues actions were well within his first amendment rights to free speech.

  The brother of Erin Carrigan, Michael R. Carrigan, Jr. aka "Carey” also k own by the nickname "Moose” lives in the Creekwood subdivision off State Road 70 in Bradenton, FL, and is making unlawful libelous claims as Michael R. Carrigan, Jr., continues not only to stalk and harass his sister, Michael R. Carrigan, Jr., has interfered in his sisters workplace and her ability to make a living. The Florida Stalking/Harassment Statute reads as the following: (a) "Harass” means to engage in a course of conduct directed at a specific person that causes substantial emotional distress in such person and serves no legitimate purpose. Carey aka Michael Carrigan, Jr. has made numerous libelous posts about his sister online in an attempt to harm her reputation and interfere with her job. Posts that were blatant lies and done with malicious intent to harm Erin Carrigan. Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan, Jr., stole his fathers computer from his mothers home after his fathers passing. Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan, Jr. then used his fathers computer to obtain access to private emails, such as emails between Erin Carrigan and her late father, emails between the late father of Erin Carrigan and attorneys who we’re representing Erin Carrigan. Emails between an attorney and client that are privileged and should remain confidential, sending copies of these privileged emails to the family and close friends of Erin Carrigan. The stalking statute also notes the following… (b) "Course of conduct” means a pattern of conduct composed of a series of acts over a period of time, however short, evidencing a continuity of purpose. Constitutionally protected activity is not included within the meaning of "course of conduct.” Such constitutionally protected activity includes picketing or other organized protests. Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan, Jr. did not engage in one simple act, he has engaged in a number of activities, which include sending emails and texts to people who know Erin Carrigan, information that is false and/or misleading, over an extended period of time. The Florida Stalking Statute also meantions this… (c) "Credible threat” means a verbal or nonverbal threat, or a combination of the two, including threats delivered by electronic communication or implied by a pattern of conduct, which places the person who is the target of the threat in reasonable fear for his or her safety or the safety of his or her family members or individuals closely associated with the person, and which is made with the apparent ability to carry out the threat to cause such harm. It is not necessary to prove that the person making the threat had the intent to actually carry out the threat. The present incarceration of the person making the threat is not a bar to prosecution under this section. Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan, Jr. repeatedly threatened to harm his sister, Erin Carrigan, often in the presence of others, so there were viable witnesses present. Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan did commit an act of assault against his sister in September of 2022. While at their mothers home, and in the presence of their mother, Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan, Jr. dis make multiple threats of physical and other harm to his sister, Erin L. Carrigan, later resulting in Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan, spitting in the face of his sister, Erin Carrigan, in the presence of their mother as a witness. This act did not result in the arrest of Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan, Jr., but a police report was subsequently filed so the event would be on record. Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan does not deny spitting in the face of his sister, in fact, he had been open about the assault, seemingly proud of his actions. The humorous threats made against Erin Carrigan and the act of assault against Erin Carrigan by her brother Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan, Jr., would certainly lead a reasonable person, like Erin Carrigan to fear for their physical safety. I would suggest that people who come in contact with Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan, Jr. do proceed with caution as he is a large individual who, as an avid sportsman and hunter, is in possession of thousands of dollar in guns, hunting equipment, and other weapons. Attached to this email is a copy, a FULL copy, of a letter from the States Attorney in Manatee County, Florida, indicating that the charges, dating back to June 4, 2017, which would including the theft charge from Target, the stalking charge, and another subsequent bogus charge were dismissed. Also attached is an email from the attorney of Erin Carrigan, indicating that at no time did the attorney of Erin Carrigan, question her mental competence and the ability to understand what was going on in the legal proceedings. And Erin Carrigan, as noted in the email, obtained permission from her attorney to share this email. The only one who is a mental case I Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan, Jr., aka Moose Carrigan who is the one making libelous claims, against his sister, and committing acts that can be punishable by law.

Carrigan, Jr., after going through pages and pages of documents for a case lasting several years, posts select lines of text, not the entire document, so the reader of his fictitious post, cannot understand the context in which these bits of information were used. Carey aka Michael Carrigan, Jr., often referred to by the nickname "Moose” as wants yo intentionally see things the way he wants you to see them, not the way in which things actually happened. For example, Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan, Jr., aka as "Moose” graciously posts not the entire document, but a small snippet, to try and show that his sister, Erin Carrigan, was found guilty. Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan aka Moose also posts some kind of criminal history report and mugshots to show various arrests. What Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan aka Moose conveniently fails to disclose is that the stalking charge, as well as several of the other charges, WERE DISMISSED. SEE THE DOCUMENT LISTED BELOW WERE THE JUDGE SIGNED AN ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER DISMISSING THE CHARGES. Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan aka Moose also sent these intentional and vicious lies to the former employer of Erin Carrigan causing his sister to lose her job. This is an offense not only punishable by the courts as a criminal act, Carey aka Michael R Carrigan, Jr. aka Moose is also vulnerable for a libel by his sister. It wouldn’t take much to get the IP address of the post, which would surely lead back to Carey aka Michael R. Carrigan, Jr. aka Moose and his career criminal, ex-convict wife.

  You want to know how I knew that the person that posted this "Carey” is actually Michael Carrigan, Jr.? Because one of "Carey’s” aka Michael Carrigan, Jr.’s statements in his "post” referenced something that was said in a private email between between the subject of his post and the late father of Erin Carrigan and Michael Carrigan, Jr. How did Michael Carrigan, Jr. get access to these emails? Because when their father passed, Michael Carrigan, Jr. went into his parents home and took all of his late fathers belongings that did not belong to him. Who did they belong to? They belonged to the woman that his father had been married to for over 55 years. But Michael Carrigan, Jr. went into his late fathers bedroom, went a few days after he died, and went through all of his fathers things, taking his wallet, phone, financial records, checkbooks, etc… Michael Carrigan, Jr. even took his fathers computer so he had access to all of his late fathers information. His late fathers wife had nothing and knew nothing about the state of her husband of over 55 years. What Michael Carrigan, Jr. did to his mother could be considered elder abuse/fraud. Michael Carrigan, Jr. was even accessing his late fathers bank accounts, within 48 hours of his death, and even sent/emailed/texted his late fathers statements, which could be used as evidence against him. Michael Carrigan, Jr. is not real smart. He got sued by an insurance company he worked for in St. Petersburg, Florida because after leaving a job where he signed a non-compete clause, the dumbass sent out emails from his computer at work, the same insurance company where he signed the non-compete clause, telling his clients at that business where he was going and inviting them to follow him to his new place of employment. WTF? That is about as dumb as it gets. Michael Carrigan, Jr. also known as Robert M. Carrigan, Jr., also has two misdemeanor arrests for trespassing, which is all a matter of public record and can be found on manatee clerk.com, the website for the Manatee County Clerk of Court. You see attached copies of the case numbers in the attached screenshots from the website for the Manatee County, Florida Clerk of Court, ALL OF WHICH ARE A MATTER OF PUBLIC RECORD DUMBASS. And the next time you go running to Detective Dark Angel with all this stuff, make sure you tell her how you committed felony fraud by going into a Bank of America, after your father died, and impersonating your late father, a dead man, by showing them your drivers license (becaus you both have the same name, one was a Sr. and the other is a Jr.) to gain access to his bank accounts. You went into a Bank of America branch, after his official date of death on 1/16/22, and impersonated your late father. And because banks have cameras everywhere there is proof. Dylan Reed Wallace, a drug addict, has been in and out of rehab several times. The first time Dylan Reed Wallace went to rehab he was actually court ordered into rehab by a judge per the records on the website for the Manatee County Clerk of Court.  Carey is Michael Carrigan,Jr., the brother of Erin Carrigan about whom this bogus report has been filed. Carey aka Michael Carrigan is married to a woman named Teresa Lee Lientz who had been married at least 4 times, the first three marriages in less than 10 years. She also uses the name Teresa Keys and has been arrested multiple times including several felony arrests, a felony conviction for grand theft for which she was placed on 5 years probation, and multiple other arrests for everything from drug possession to writing bad checks (of which there are many). This is all part of public record and can be found on the website for the Lakeland/Polk County, Florida Clerk of Court. Teresa Lee Lientz (maiden name) Gozzola (marriage 1), Wallace (marriage 2), Scraenkler (marriage 3), Carrigan (marriage 4). Teresa Lee Lientz has also used the alias Teresa Keys, as noted on several of her arrest records in Lakeland/Polk County, FL. Teresa Lee Lientz’s children are not much better. Carolyn Annette Gozzola, also known as Caroline Lientz, also known as Carolyn Wallace, also known as Carolyn Woolston has multiple arrests including drug possession and shoplifting (see the attached). Carolyn A Wallace went into the dressing room at a Beall’s Dept. Store and tried to leave her old stuff and walk out with a new outfit. See the attached probable cause affidavit, which can be found online for the Bradenton/Manatee County, Florida Clerk of Court. Dylan Reed Wallace, son of Teresa Lee Lientz and step-son of "Carey” aka Michael Carrigan, Jr., has a well-known problem with drug addiction and has been in and out of rehab multiple times. Dylan Wallace was court ordered into rehab the first time he went. Dylan Wallace’s family will not even give him gifts with tags on them for fear that he will return the item and use the money for drugs. Dylan Wallace was able rested for felony breaking and entering when he was still in high school. See the attached record for the felony arrest of Dylan Wallace, which can be found on the website for the Bradenton/Manatee County,Florida Clerk of Clerk. Per the report, the dumbass known as Dylan Wallace was caught breaking into cars near his home, was caught by someone who knew him, when confronted denied doing anything, and walked across the street right in front of his accuser, opened the door and walked right into his house. Like I said, Dylan Wallace is a dumbass. This was never more apparent than when Dylan Wallace posted pictures of himself, a convicted felon, at a gun range firing a GLOCK. I don’t suppose Dylan Wallace realized that it is a 3rd degree felony for a convicted felon to have access to or be in the possession of firearms/weapons.   There were no libelous claims made. No accounts were opened in the idiots name. These materials were not distributed multiple times at businesses and in neighborhoods online. Since you mentioned to check the court record… There were only two printed fliers found one time by the alleged victim on the same occasion, one single time, on the street near her home. Two. No false or misleading claims. No objectionable content. Just pictures that the alleged victim admittedly posted publically online. That’s it. None of the claims made in the Probable Cause Affadavit by the piece of s**t Detective Angel that you so nicely posted online could be substantiated, all of it, literally all of it, was thrown out in court. So it seems that the only one making libelous claims here is you Moose. Just out of curiosity… Remember when you put your wife on the mortgage for the Mew England property you own, but not the deed. And you and your late father were sitting around laughing about the fact that the w***e you married could have the debt, but would never own the house. You think your wife is smart enough to know that she has no ownership in your New England property? That she only has the financial liability, but no legal ownership of your property on New England because she is not on the deed which shows the legal ownership in a property? Oops, sorry Moose, I hope she doesn’t see this.

The author of this report ("Carey") is the brother of Erin Carrigan.

First, it is weird and really scary that the original post was abour someone else, the name of "Cary's" target, Erin Carrigan, was not used in the original post, but "Cary" aka Michael Carrigan, Jr. goes on a tirade stating things that are not true.

Erin Carrigan was arrested in June 2017 and falsely accused of shoplifting.  The charges were not pursued and the matter was over before it began, within two weeks of the original event.

Erin Carrigan was falsely accused of stalking and the matter was later dismissed in September of 2021.  As "Cary" (aka Michael Carrigan, Jr.) or the w***e he married from Lakeland (Teresa Lee Lientz) pointed out, this is all a matter of record through the Manatee County, Florida Clerk of Court.  What "Cary" didn't tell you was that the stalking case was ultimately dismissed.

"Cary" (aka Michael Carrigan, Jr.) also lies, and in doing so is committing slander, by stating that Erin Carrigan created accounts in the name of the person who caught her.  Erin Carrigan never did this and "Cary" aka Michael Carrigan, Jr. does not realize that when he purposely states facts that are not true in an effort to discredit that individual, that he is committing slander and can be held liable.  Additionally, although "Cary" aka Michael Carrigan, Jr. attempted to use the alias "Cary", the post he made will be linked to the IP address and whatever device he used, for example, his cell phone, the IP address at his place of work, the IP address at his home that is in the legal name of his wife, Teresa Lee Lientz, a convicted felon.

"Cary" (aka Michael Carrigan, Jr.) also falsely stated that Erin Carrigan's own attorney stated that she was mentally unstable and did not understand what was going on in her case.  If this were true, which it was not, Erin Carrigan's attorney would have had a moral and legal obligation to bring this to the attention of the court and the proceedings would have been halted.  This is also not true, and "Cary" aka Michael Carrigan, Jr., could also be helo liable for slander not only by Erin Carrigan, but also by Carrigan's attorney, for intentionally stating slanderous information about Carrigan's attorney as well.

Erin Carrigan was not monitored because she is not mentally unstable and Erin Carrigan does own several firearms.  Why?  Because this is America and she can.  It is the second amendment right of Erin Carrigan, who owns firearms and has a concealed weapons permit, as an American citizen.  You know who cannot legally own a firearm?  Teresa Lee Lientz Gozzola Wallace Schraenkler Carrigan, the wife of "Cary" aka Michael Carrigan, Jr. who is a convicted felon, which is all a matter of public record.  Cary aka Michael Carrigan, Jr.'s wife pled guilty to felony grand theft in Lakeland/Polk County, Florida, after helping her first husband, career criminal Charles Anthony Gozzola, hide and dispose of stolen merchandise.  This case, as well as several other arrests, in the name of Teresa Lee Lientz, are all a matter of public record in Lakeland/Polk County.

You know who else cannot legally own a firearm?  Dylan Reed Wallace, the son of convicted felon Teresa Lee Lientz, and step-son of "Cary" aka Michael Carrigan, Jr., who has a past problem with drug abuse, an extensive criminal record, has been in and out of rehab several times, having been court ordered into rehab the first time.  Dylan Reed Wallace also has a felony for breaking and entering in his criminal mothers neighborhood, in the Creekwood Subdivision off State Road 70 in Bradenton, Florida.  As "Cary" aka Michael Carrigan, Jr., so eloquently stated in his post, this too is all a matter of public information and can be found online on the website for the Manatee County, Florida Clerk of Court.  

Erin Carrigan, who was falsely accused and went through hell trying to clear her name, is proof the justice system does not work, per "Cary" aka Michael Carrigan, Jr.?  Meanwhile, his wife, Teresa Lee Lientz, was convicted of felony grand theft to which she was sentenced to 5 years probation, but went on to have multiple other arrests ranging from writing bad checks to posession, all a matter of public record in Lakeland/Polk County, Florida, is a better model of how the justice system does not work.  And do not get me started on the criminal offspring of Teresa Lee Lientz.

And although "Cary" aka Michael Carrigan likes to try and tell people that his wife's felony was pardoned, this is also a lie.  It is also a matter of public record through the State of Florida that Teresa Lee Lientz received a level 3, without a hearing, meaning that Teresa Lee Lientz had some of her civil rights restored and, for example, can hold a professional license, but cannot legally own a firearm.

"Cary" aka Michael Carrigan, Jr. is treading on some dangerous ground.  Particularly since, after his father passed away on 1/16/22, "Cary" aka Michael Carrigan, Jr. went into a Bank of America, after his father passed, and accessed his late fathers bank accounts by using his drivers license, as he and his father had the same name (one is a Jr. and one is a Sr.).  And since "Cary" aka Michael Carrigan, Jr. actually/physically went into a Bank of America branch, where there are cameras everywhere, he is on camera committing felony fraud.  And if "Cary" aka Michael Carrigan, Jr., was stupid enough to access his fathers bank accounts online, AND HE IS, then his accessing his late fathers bank accounts is easy to trace, since wherever he accessed these accounts, is tied to whatever device/IP address that "Cary" aka Michael Carrigan, Jr. was using.  And if "Cary" aka Michel Carrigan, Jr. was stupid enough to illegally access his late fathers bank accounts online at his residence, which is in his wife's name, his wife is already a convicted felon and he has unknowingly involved his wife in felony bank fraud, which, I cannot imagine, would not carry a mandatory prison sentence.

And if "Cary" aka Michael Carrigan is not careful, someone might find out how he got the rolex's he kepts in a safe at his residence, or his alleged involvement in the neferious activities for which one of his cousins went to federal prison, but the other, who was also involved, did not.

I wonder if "Cary" aka Michael Carrigan has ever heard rumors about boats being sold under the table to individuals with nefarious intentions or might know who that person is.  Boats do not just disappear moron.

First, just because someone is arrested does not mean they are guilty.  In this country everyone is innocent until proven guilty.

The name that is given in this report (Erin Carrigan) is nowhere mentioned in the report itself, or the identity of who published the report, so I hope that whoever posted all this personal information on Erin Carrigan is ready to be charged with harrassment and stalking themselves.

What the MENTAL CASE who responded to the post did not tell you is that the cases mentioned against the individual they are slandering were dismissed.  The shoplifting case mentioned in this post, likely by the deranged liar Bonnie Jones herself, was not pursued and was literally over within two weeks.  There were no penalties even placed upon Erin Carrigan, the individual mentioned.  Just the fact that this person does not tell you the whole story and appears to be hiding something, tells you she is hiding something.  Its easy to post a picture without telling the real story and a report written by a wannbe cop/security guard that is a work of fiction in itself.

Its interesting that this person posted the report, but failed to mention that, in the report mentioned, the author, Bonnie Jean Civerolo Jones LIED.  Bonnie Jones never approached this individual and clearly identified herself as "Target Security."  Bonnie Jones ran up from behind this individual, without warning, and grabbed this individual so hard, Bonnie Jones actually left  bruises on the arm of her victim.  Bonnie Jones did not identify herself as stated in the attached report.  Bonnie Jones locked this woman in a small room screaming at her for at least an hour, refusing even the request by the victim of Bonnie Jones to use the restroom.  Then Bonnie Jones called the police, and acquaintances of her husband to respond, who are are unlikely to question the lies in her report.

I have since heard that when detaining individuals, STORE SECURITY AKA ASSET PROTECTION AKA RENT A COPS ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO PHYSICALLY TOUCH ANYONE.  Hence the reason you will never find a video of this incident in relation to this case and why Bonnie Jones no longer works at Target.  Because she f**d up.

THE VIDEO OF THIS INCIDENT, STANDARD PROTOCOL IN SHOPLIFTING CASES, IS USUALLY PROVIDED IN "SHOPLIFTING" CASES.  THE VIDEO OF THIS INCIDENT, ALTHOUGH REQUESTED MULTIPLE TIMES, WAS NEVER RELEASED IN THIS CASE.  WHY?  BECAUSE BONNIE JONES, "ASSET PROTECTION" (LOL") SHOULD NOT HAVE PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED ANYONE, HENCE BONNIE JONES IS NO LONGER EMPLOYED AT TARGET.  HENCE TARGET WOULD NOT OPEN THEMSELVES UP TO A LAWSUIT BY PROVIDING THE VIDEO OF BONNIE JONES ASSAULTING SOMEONE.  HENCE THE CASE MENTIONED BY THE GUTTER SNIPE WHO POSTED THE REBUTTAL WAS NOT PURSUED AND QUICKLY DROPPED.

I am not the person mentioned in this post, but I am a family member of the victim of Bonnie Jones, who knows how corrupt and dishonest these people can be.  I also know that the target of Bonnie Jones attack, Erin Carrigan, upon speaking to an attorney and mentioning Bonnie Jones and her husband Carl Jones, a law enforcement officer in Manatee County, got the following response.  "Oh my god, that guy's an a*****e."  A reference to Carl Jones, the husband of Bonnie Jones.  Obviously this poor woman is not the first to fall prey to the fat redneck cop from Bradenton.

The law was clearly on the side of Carrigan and if this case had not happened in Manatee County, Florida, a notoriously corrupt law enforcement institution, involving a woman who was married to a member of law enforcement, and finally made it to court in front of a mousy, inexperienced judge, this case would have never happened.

And if Carrigan's father, who was assisting in her battle against what I like to call the "Manatee County Mafia" aka The Manatee County Sheriff's Department, had not passed away from complications due to COVID-19 in January of 2022, this case would have been appealled, largely on the numerous violations of the constitutional rights on the part of Erin Carrigan.

What alot of people do not know, and has never been said before, is that Erin Carrigan's late father spent time in federal prison in the 1980's due to smuggling pot.  The man who was involved with Carrigan's father in the nefarious activity was a man named Bud Boomhower, who was a high ranking detective in Sarasota County at the time, and a good friend of long-time Sarasota Sheriff Jim Hardcastle.  Carrigan's father was also personally acquainted with then Sherriff Hardcastle and used to dine with Sheriff Hardcastle and his wife.

Bud Boomhower, the Sarasota detective involved with Carrigan's father, used to also work as a School Resource Officer within Sarasota County Schools.  One of his jobs in the schools was to find students with illciit substances and confiscate the substances.  Per Carrigan's late father, the then detective Boomhower, told him that when the officers in Sarasota County confiscated, for example, pot from students, the police officers would retain the pot for their own personal use.

Erin Carrigan's late father also once admitted to "paying off" aka bribing law enforcement in the area to look the other way when he was engaged in his nefarious activities.  When questioned once by his daughter, Erin Carrigan, if he had ever paid off/bribed law enforcement officers in Manatee County, the late Carrigan laughed and said "yes."  So spare me the vision you might have of law enforcement with rose colored glasses.  There are great members of law enforcement out there, but not in this case.

The arresting officer, Rebecca Angel once bragged about how much time she had spent on the case against Carrigan.  Rather sad, and comical, that the former "detective of the year" would "investigate" (lol) and not figure this out.  Even worse is that Detective Angel went to the home of Erin Carrigan's brother, speaking to his wife and trying to gather information on Erin Carrigan.  Even worse, is that in doing so, Detective Rebecca Angel was visiting the home of a convicted felon (Carrigan's brothers wife is a convicted felon and the house is in her name) who has numerous guns and other weapons in her home at the time, a third degree felony in itself.  Even worse is that when Angel was speaking to the convicted felon with weapons in her house, the woman that Angel was speaking to, also a convicted felon, had just posted videos of himself on Facebook, at a gun range, firing a Glock.  Seriously, he was that stupid.  And all this was going on right under the nose of the notorious Detective Angel, easily found through a simple internet search, but Angel had all this going on right in front of her and was asking about some other bs.

So spare me.

And a report was filed against Rebecca Angel with her Internal Affairs about this and other issues.

First of all...the individual listed, Erin Lea Carrigan, did not file this report nor is she a mental case.  The arrest for shoplifting was not pursued, dropped, and the report filed against her contained lies by the f**d up Bonnie Civerolo Jones who wants so bad to be a real cop, but cannot make it.  Bonnie Jones was angry that the case was dismissed and the bullshit stalking brought against Carrigan  by the corrupt Manatee County Sheriff's Office was in retaliation for that anger.  There was no evidence linking Carrigan to the activities mentioned and all of the information listed in the report, by the arresting officer, Rebecca Angel, a personal friend of Carl and Bonnie Jones, were lies.  THE CASE FOR WHICH THE PSYCHO WHO RESPONDED HAS POSTED ALL OF THIS INFORMATION DOES NOT MENTION THAT THIS CASE WAS DISMISSED.  AGAIN, THE CASES AGAINST THIS WOMAN WERE DISMISSED.

I would also like to mention that we live in a system where individuals who are accused of a crime are INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.  Just because a person is arrested does not mean that person is guilty.  Police arrest people all the time, just to get them off the streets, even if they know that the case will not "stick."  This statement came straight from a retired detective in Manatee County himself.

Erin Carrigan was arrested for shoplifting, the case was not pursued, and was over within two weeks, because she was not guilty, and the piece of s**t Bonnie Civerolo Jones lied.

The stalking case, which was brought forth by a friend of Bonnie and Carl Jones, was built on a report of lies that were never proven in a case that was ultimately DISMISSED.

Bonnie Civerolo Jones is an abusive wannabe cop who is married to Carl Allen Jones, law enforcement in Manatee County, Florida who was described by one attorney I spoke with as  a total "a*****e."  Carl Jones is the classic fat, redheaded nerd who grew up in central florida and there is no way (if you could see this fat, balding idiot) that Jones did not half a rough time growing up.  Jones became a cop in 2011 and barely has any years of experience in one of the most corrupt counties in Florida.  Most counties, Sarasota for example, require some experience, sometimes a degree, not Manatee County, hence Carl Jones was able to become a cop in this county, because he is a fat, uneducated redneck idiot. b Additionally, the case was brought about by friends of Bonnie Civerolo Jones and Carl Allen Jones because the fat a*s Carl Jones is a member of law enforcement.  If Carl Jones was not a redneck cop from hell in a totally corrupt county, this case would not have happened.

Lets look at Carl Jones who worked for the Bradenton Police Department....

Carl Jones was a narcotics detective with the Bradenton PD.  At the same time all this bullshit was going on, a fellow narcotics detective was arrested for embezzling undercover funds.  Carl Jones held the same position.  LOOK THIS UP YOURSELF, IT IS A MATTER OF PUBLIC RECORD.

A member of the Bradenton PD was arrested for using a police database to find women to date.

A former member of the Bradenton PD was arrested for trying to hire someone to kill his wife.

And most recently...the captain of the Bradenton PD was arrested for conducting an illegal search.

The only mental cases are people like Carl and Bonnie Jones and their friends like the equally corrupt Detective Rebecca Angel of the Manatee County Sheriff's Office who use their positions of public trust and waste taxpayer dollars to enact a personal revenge as what they perceived as a slight against one of their own.  FOR A CASE THAT WAS DISMISSED.

Bonnie and Carl Jones are psycho scary militant gun owners who take holdiay pictures that include posing around a christmas tree with high powered rifles.  Anyone that obsessed with guns is the one who is a mental case.

And to the person who posted all this stuff about Erin Carrigan...

Erin Carrigan was accused of stalking for which there was no physical evidence against her.  None of the claims brought forth in the attached documents could be substantiated in court.  

Erin Carrigan was accused of taking pictures and documents, all public information, some of the information posted admittedly online by Carl and Bonnie Jones themselves, and posting what was essentially public information online.  The same could be said for whatever sorry excuse of a human being posted the information here about Erin Carrigan.  So..if this ever became an issue...a case could be made for a stalking case against Erin Carrigan by whoever posted this information.  You are doing exactly what Erin Carrigan was accused of doing when they called it stalking.

And if your name is Danielle Santoro, a real estate agent, Irongate Realty in Manatee County, Florida, then this is not the first time and you have established the "pattern of behavior" as put forth in the Florida Stalking Statutes, because this is not your first time doing this.  Remember when you messaged people on Facebook, asking if they were related to Erin Carrigan, spreading all kinds of s**t against Carrigan that wasnt true, you are stalking Erin Carrigan.  And its easy to prove who posted this, your activity is linked to an IP address.

The same can be said if the person who posted this is the w***e Carrigan's brother married.  A convicted felon who dabbles in stolen merchandise and other activities I can prove against she and her husband, so back off.

 Erin Lea Carrigan who was born (((REDACTED)))1969 was arrested for shoplifting in 2017. After that incident she went on a spree of opening accounts in the name of the person who caught her, making libelous claims and also printed libelous flyers which she distributed in neighborhoods and various business.

She was then arrested and charged with stalking in which she was found guilty!! All of this can be verified on manateeclerk.com. Her attorney then filed that she has a mental health disorder and can't understand what is happening.

She was placed in a program where she was monitored and had recently been released and had already gone back to her old ways. This is just proof that the justice system does not always work. This women needs help!

She has recently posted pictures on her Facebook of her shooting a gun she has purchased and she again makes reference to a picture involving the women who initially caught her shoplifting. I fear that one day she will cause physical harm. She needs to be stopped!
