Complaint Review: Brilliant Corners St. Joseph Center LA Care and the State of California are all Responsible - Los Angeles California

Let me begin with the STATE of CALIFORNIA because they started this crap with opening housing programs and funneling it through LA Care (who has been sued) Medi-Cal with 3rd party bogus non-profit agencies, to take monies for placing clients in apartments, which many have failed on!!!!

LA Care has (2) social workers employeed, Nancy (unknown last name) is one of them who emailed a ghetto agency called St. Joseph Center who has their office in the worst ghettos in Los Angeles. It's the mentality to keep the client down. To have those who recieve housing live in the worst areas in Los Angeles.

This crap agency works in conjunction with Brillant Corners another fraud company taking monies from the state and not assisting cleints with housing, as I have been ignored and de-frauded!!! It's been months and I still have NO PLACE ....also managers expect to see a RTA number, its the norm, this is not the case because these agencies are transparent with their intentions of being reliable!!!

They took a month to answer the email. When I complained to Nancy and LA Care to connect me with the housing authority in Alhambra who is legitmate, she refused to do so and told me a month later someone finally answered. I complained to LA Care and have written numerous letters only to be lied to, jerked around and ignored all together.

Nancy also lied to me they had no number and she refused to call the office when the number is clearly on the website.  As for Brillant Corners they NEVER answer their phones, all lines from different states are linked together as one. This is just the beginning of the corruption. 

However, I decided to call one more time and some stupid woman (receptionist) refused to let me speak to anyone, her name was Meyta?  Yet she demanded I give my pedigree information, yeah right like I would trust an uneducated junkie answering the phones!

These agencies are pure FRAUD who lie to the client, take money from the state and then drop the dime with never providing housing like their supposed to. In addition to hiring gross incompetent "case managers" who never assist with their reponsabilites!!!! Brenda Walker

Brenda Walker is supposed to be helping me with all of it, just now I texted her a listing of a rental, she continues to ignore me, last week before xmas I had a nice place and she jeopardize it and responded with a lame response of how her boss called the manager, thats all she had to say. Nothing else, wasn't important who cares!!  This is now her attitude!

Brenda was trying very hard to have me live in the DTLA areas, when I was very clear with her I wouldn't live in the ghetto areas. The following images will show some of the conversation and her lack of responses. I did view one guest house, but Brenda never really looked at it, and I noticed it was never cleaned and filled so many nails in the walls and the back closet was busted up inside. The broker didn't care he only wanted the money. I told Brenda I would keep looking.

Brenda doesn't know her job at all , but she knows not to say anything on text so she is not held accountable for anything that is FRAUD or incorrect, such as, she told me the voucher was changed from $1700 to $1800 but refused to put this in writing. "Brenda said, we don't work like that". Many times I asked her to explain the process, she refused!!

She also told me she could help with my storage if needed, but then demanded a W-9 form. This is wrong St. Joseph is not a client of my storage company!!!!!  The agency offered me NO MOTELS or anything that could help, it was all LIES!!!! They claimed they would pay all expenses to move in and furniture but none of this is written in the so-called contract they gave me.

As a matter of fact the voucher is a joke, it doesn't look like a voucher or saying anything relevant to being section 8 housing, it only appears like a letter!!!

When I first met Brenda she told me she was the case worker and would assist me with EVERYTHING! She hasn't, so when I first met with her she had me fill out paperwork and then tells me, "oh we have to meet again", because I need you to sign other papers.  I thought that was odd, so I meet with her again and she complained having to drive so far.

Thats not my problem tell your boss to pay your gas? So I questioned her why, she didn't just bring all the paperwork the first time?  Brenda's response was, "oh I didn't know I had to have this". Again that makes no sense and she just lied and contradicted herself.

Brenda also lied that I never gave her my income, I did, because she is the one who took images of the documents. She also lied to me that the voucher would be $1900 its not, they only gave $1700, isn't most rent these days $1850 t0 $2500 for a 1 bdrm?

Let me add this last piece of information I found infromation of the STATE funding monies to other agenices who are just as bad instead of building people homes like every human should have. They rather stick people in shelters!!!!

I sent an email and spoke to this as**s-wad because of the article I found, only for him to deny everything and tell me to email the morons he speaks to at St. Joseph Center and Brillant Corners because he gave me their emails.  So that means he knows them personally.....His name is Unai Montes, he never responded to me or the email I sent him before calling until I got him on the phone. He is too a liar and a loser, he chooses NOT TO HELP!

None of these morons take responsability, provide resolution or respond because their PIGS and LIARS!!!!These agencies that the STATE of CALIFORNIA IS IN BED WITH is the BIGGEST STATE SCAM, they are not helping people, NO ONE TAKES RESPONSABILITY and so FAR I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND A COMPETENT LAWYER TO BRING A LAWSUIT AGAINST THESE MOTHER F***KERS!!!! SO I WILL FULLY EXPLOIT AND FIND PEOPLE TO BRING A CIVIL SUIT!!!
