CarZip Indy Auto Finance I purchased a car from on 03/02/2022 through a associate Mark. I don't wanna do business with them again I just want my 500.00 Downpayment returned to me. Indianapolis Indiana
My car was taken by CarZip on 03/11/2022 because the Finance company declined my loan after It had been approved on 03/02/2022 they claimed Indiana staffing sent them a letter saying I quit my job (which was not true) my assignment was ended by Rapak through Indiana staffing Agency.
Sales person Mark Martinez told me after luring me to the dealership saying that he had a free 150.00 gas card for me to pick up (which was a lie) Mark never showed me any proof of the letter from the Staffing Agency and took my vehicle keys and kept my 500.00 Downloaded as well saying Downpayments were non refundable.
My first payment would have been due mid April I also purchased Full Coverage Auto Insurance through the dealership as well for 282.00 which the Insurance company reimburse me for the vehicle policy. Tyler (Owner) of CarZip Is mad because I filed a complaint with the BBB and The Business Consumer Alliance and Is not willing to give me back my Downpayment or assist me with the situation period. All I want Is my 500.00 Downpayment and to never deal with this company again.
