They are completely unprepared for trial, and only seek quick settlements. If you don’t accept their settlement offers, beware of trial comes because they have no clue what they are doing, don’t call witnesses, and because they are on contingency they do all they can to avoid the expense of depositions. Avoid this firm like the plague if you are really seeking justice. They are a joke.
The firm takes cases on contingency but because they do, they don’t spend money on depositions and are not prepared for trial. This is a firm that looks for quick settlements, not trial. Avoid this firm like the plague if you have a medical malpractice case.

Then why’d they take the case? Why did they put NO rebuttal witnesses on the stand? Why have they been sued before and settled for legal malpractice cases against them in the past. Don’t waste your time. Find a real firm. This one isn’t it.
